General Terms and Conditions (GTC) with customer information

1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts that a consumer or entrepreneur (hereinafter "Customer") concludes with the operator of the online shop CANDIQUE, Kirchenstraße 10, 25335 Elmshorn (hereinafter "Seller") with regard to the goods presented by the Seller on the website.

2. Conclusion of contract
The product presentations in the online shop serve to submit a binding purchase offer. The customer can submit the offer via the online ordering system. The purchase contract is concluded when the seller accepts the customer's offer by confirming the order.

3. Prices and payment terms
The prices indicated are final prices including taxes. Shipping costs are charged additionally and are to be borne by the customer. The customer can pay via PayPal, credit card and Klarna.

4. Delivery and shipping conditions
Goods are delivered by post to the delivery address provided by the customer. The delivery time is approximately 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated in the offer.

5. Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

6. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. If the delivered goods are defective, the customer has the right to subsequent performance (new delivery or remedy of defects). If subsequent performance fails, the customer can reduce the purchase price or withdraw from the contract.

7. Liability
In cases of intent or gross negligence, the seller is liable in accordance with the statutory provisions. Liability for slight negligence is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical, immediate average damages based on the type of goods.

8. Right of withdrawal
Customers generally have a right of withdrawal. The specific conditions and the handling of the right of withdrawal are described in detail in the seller's cancellation policy.

9. Data Protection
The customer’s personal data will be processed in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations only for the purpose of contract execution and only to the extent necessary for this purpose.

10. Final provisions
Contracts between the seller and the customer are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. If the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the seller is the registered office of the seller.

These Terms and Conditions are designed to ensure that both parties know and protect their rights and obligations. It is important that you read these Terms and Conditions carefully and adapt them as necessary to take into account specific requirements or special circumstances of your online store.
